Solari Property Care & Excavation specializes in landscape and hardscape design installation for both commercial and residential properties. We offer excavation, driveway prep, gravel road repair and maintenance. Solari Property Care & Excavation earns your trust year-round, performing Spring and Fall cleanups, lawn and garden planting and maintenance, and snow removal, sand and salt services through the Winter.

Our site supervisor is trained and certified in Erosion Control Practices by Maine DEP. Maine law requires that any contractor working in the municipal shoreland zone must have an individual onsite who is certified in Erosion and Sedimentation Control Practices (ESC) by the Maine DEP, during all phases of soil disturbance. He or she is responsible for the installation and maintenance of Best Management Practices. Shore Land Certified persons (also known as Erosion Control certified) use proper erosion and sedimentation control practices to demonstrate their commitment to protecting our natural resources. Erosion control is the process of preventing and controlling wind or water erosion in land development, coastal areas, riverbanks and construction.
